Bio: Denise Hughes, Money Coach

Denise Hughes is a Money Coach, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working globally. Her mission is to educate and support individuals and couples in achieving their full financial potential, for themselves, their families and for generations to come.

Journalists consider Denise an expert in matters relating to: love and money, the psychology of money, couples and money, mastering personal and business finances. Denise is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Advisor Magazine, and is on the Guest Expert Panel for Money Magazine.

While Denise speaks at National Conferences and large events, her favorite venues are more intimate. Venues such as women’s luncheons, workshops, retreats and gatherings of about 50 people or less, often allow for a richer, deeper connection in exploring money life conversations.

Denise’s unique style and approach are the outcome of her educational background (Master Degree in Counseling Psychology, Certificate in Financial Counseling, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Certificate in Interactive Guided Imagery) her life experience growing up on a dairy farm in Western Pennsylvania (with a reverence for communication that is both loving and direct), and her own life experience and journey to creating a healthy relationship with money.

Denise’s favorite activities are hiking in nature, cooking new dishes, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
